The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP
5.4.29.
16 bugs were fixed in this release, two security issues in fileinfo extension.
All users of PHP 5.4 are encouraged to upgrade to this release.

We fixed the wrong date but too late for the Windows build.
We won't delay a release just for a date in the NEWS file into the archives :-p
