@Stas: do not forget to change the date in the NEWS file, before you
announce 5.4.30.

It now says
>12 Jun 2014, PHP 5.4.30

in the Windows builds on http://windows.php.net/download/

OK, you did not forget:
http://git.php.net/?p=php-src.git;a=commit;h=bcb10c4700d3512afe23282f7e3995fdc33f0596

Anyway, the date in the Windows builds are still the old ones.

Yes, but they can't be changed now, as this would delay the release by
at least one day.
Too bad.

Fine with me. The wrong date just crossed my eye while compiling my own
Windows builds:

I was looking if a changelog was already available.

For the changelog, please read NEWS.
The official announcements on php.net should be done within the next hours.

We fixed the wrong date but too late for the Windows build.
We won't delay a release just for a date in the NEWS file into the archives :-p

Thank you for your attention

Which was exactly what I did, just before I detected the wrong date ;-)
