I would like to request RFC karma for my wiki account.
I've already registered myself.

I am having a plan to create a new RFC.
Please allow for me the "Create this page" button, so that I can write my
RFC in draft.

Hm, maybe you should present your actual proposal here? ("How to Create
an RFC"[1] suggests that as first step.) :)
