Hi,
I'd to contribute requesting voting privilegies,
I'm Leo, a full-stack developer for Multi/Leadsolution, a marketing and
advertising company based on Sao Paulo, Brazil.
After more than 8 years working with PHP, from simple websites to complex
systems, one of them is online from about 4 years ago and was recently
migrated to PHP 7.0 and have a staging environment running on 7.1. I'm
felling confident and worthy to help to vote on PHP new features.

I don't think we provide vote only karma, but not sure.
Here is some doc for karma.
https://wiki.php.net/rfc/howto
I believe doc committers also have voting right, haven't they?
If so, you may contribute doc, too.
Regards,

True, as long the sole point for contributing a little to doc is only for
voting rights only.
