Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003

Just wanted to let you know that I successfully built the current CVS
version of PHP 5 with the Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 [1].

The Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit 2003 lacks some tools like nmake and rc
but which should be also freely available.
