Please, especially FPM changes need our QA (see NEWS file).
All regression in 5.6.3 (related to IPv6) should be fixed.
So IPv4 should work as before and IPv6 as expected.
5.6.4RC1 already built in Fedora rawhide, which means Koschei [1] will
run (slowly, in the next days) a scratch rebuild of all the PHP stack,
with the test suites (various libraries, phpunit, symfony, doctrine,
ZF2...) (everything was GREEN with 5.6.3)
For RPM users (Fedora 19-20 / RHEL / CentOS 6-7), I now also provide
build of RC in my repository (in remi-test), packages are available as
Software Collections, so can be installed beside system version [2]
Regards,
Remi.
