Hi,

I've put together a simple script and set up the web-php and php-src github
repos for sending notifications about the Pull Requests for those projects.
You can see the source here:

I've also discussed with Hannes to set this up for every repo, and to also
update https://master.php.net/manage/github.php so any new repo created via
that will have the webhook properly configured.
This also opens up possibilities, like automatically creating and linking
up bugs.php.net issues for the pull requests created.
Tell me what do you think about it, and ofc. patches welcome!
