I have tested 5.5.12 on Windows and found no regressions from 5.5.12rc1.
See http://qa.php.net/build.php?branch=PHP_5_5&revision=5.5.12
I get lots of failures/crashes with Opcache on x64 builds on Windows but
that's a known bug with Opcache with x64 php builds on Windows (x86 php
builds for Windows normally work, and x64 builds for Windows are classified
as experimental
).
