Pull Request #518 (Blank line inside empty JSON array/object)

Hi,

Could someone please take a look at the pull request1 I made against
php-src a few months ago? It's a relatively trivial patch to the JSON
extension to correct a glaring inconsistency in pretty printing with
JavaScript's JSON.stringify() function (see Bug #66021 2), yet no one
seems to have posted a comment yet.
