Hi,

The PHP development team announces the immediate availability of PHP
5.5.8. This release fixes about 20 bugs against PHP 5.5.7. All users of PHP
5.5 are encouraged
to upgrade to this release.

A bit late after the facts, but the DateTime buffer overflow (#66060) is
missing the (CVE-2013-6712) reference in the changelog and release notes.
