I'd like to see some version of the null-coalescing ternary operator
(recently brought up in a thread started by Rafael Dohms) make it into PHP.
To help it along, may I have RFC karma so I can draft a proposal? My PHP
wiki account name is "outis", e-mail is "ww.galen@gmail.com".
If there's a better/approved way of getting RFC karma than posting on the
internals list, please let me know. So far, I haven't been able to find any
official documentation on how.

The trick is to read the registration page :]
You should now have karma to edit/create stuff in the /rfc namespace.
