Wiki account access

I have an account on wiki.php.net (I don't remember signing up on
docuwiki, only the svn account page, but its there already and linked to
my email address on this list.) I can't seem to reset my password.
When I get the email for the password reset, the wiki.php.net page tells me:

Unable to modify user data. Please inform the Wiki-Admin
error modifying user data

Can someone help? I would like to post an RFC.

Do you log in using your SVN account? If yes, you can reset your
password using the normal procedure via master.php.net
