Hi,
I wonder how to get a right to vote on the wiki. I read the dedicated page which mentions that lead developers of representative PHP librairies are eligibles and can get a right to vote.
I'm leading the Propel ORM project (http://www.propelorm.org/) which is almost 10 years old, so I wonder if I can get a right of vote. I'm following discussions since a long time and I would like to share my opinions now.
