The second release candidate of 5.2.12 was just released for testing and can be downloaded here:

This is a quick correction release, that addresses a build problem introduced by autoconf updates performed in RC2. If you've had issues building RC2, the RC3 should address the problem. If no other problems creep up we should still be on track with the final release next week.
