The second release candidate of 5.2.12 was just released for testing and can be downloaded here:

We've had a fairly small number of changes since RC1, so I think we are in good shape for a final release. If nothing major comes up, I anticipate the final being released next week. To ensure that the release is solid, please test this RC against your code base and report any problems that you encounter.
