The first release candidate of 5.2.12 was just released for testing
and can be downloaded here:

The windows binaries are available at: http://windows.php.net/qa/
This is a bug-fix only release so the hope is that there are no
regressions, just bug fixes. None the less I would like to ask
everyone to test this release against their code base to make sure
that there are no new issues and/or regressions. The goal is to have
the release finalized by early December and with the next RC scheduled
2 weeks from now.
If you do come across any issues, please make them known via a bug
report or a reply to this e-mail.
