Derick, do you make available the scripts used to generate timezonedb.h?
Are you using the location co-ordinates from zone.tab in the "Olson"
database? The data seems to mostly match up, though I noticed that the
data shipped by PHP has Europe/London at:
lat 51.50833 long 0.12527
whereas the current "Olson" data has it at:
lat 51.50833 long -0.12528
aka +513030-0000731 in zone.tab - West of the meridian, not East.

They're at http://cvs.xdebug.org/cgi-bin/viewvc.cgi/timelib/zones/

Yes, but there was a tiny bug with the sign. It's fixed now in SVN,
thanks for the report.

Derick
