Here is an updated patch for PHP 4.3.3 to enable the
upload-progress-meter I wrote some time ago.

From a quick look at the patch, it's VERY non-cs compliant: C++ comments,
one liner if statements, etc. You should read the php-src/CODING_STANDRADS
file.
