I'm one of the Summer of Code students that is contributing with PHP. I'm working on the Bugtracker, and it's necessary to have a CVS account so I can commit my changes.
I have a personal github account to keep track of small steps, but it's important to have an official CVS account so I can commit as soon as I have achieved the milestones
