Traits for PHP, Patch for HEAD

Hello internals,

the traits are back and up to date with the RFC.
Since there was not much discussion about the grafts idea, I
implemented a new patch to give you the opportunity to test the
proposed Traits on your own.

I have attached a patch for HEAD and an archive with test cases which
are also the technical specification of what currently is possible
with this patch.

Stuff like support for reflection will follow when the general idea
finds enough friends, to be included.

Have fun with traits.
I am looking forward for your comments.
