Where do I find a fresh PHP 6 Win32 build?

Hi.

I see that latest PHP 6.0 Win32 build are from "Jul 28, 2008 06:30 UTC"

Why is it not built more often?

Who make these PHP 6.0 Win32 builds?
Email address please, or can someone please make it so a fresh build is available, and also perhaps make a new Win32 build available every week or so?

Usually it's because the PHP6 build is broken on Windows. Check the
latest compile logs; they'll usually tell you where things broke, and
then you bug the appropriate people to get it fixed.
