Forgot the password of my CVS account

I forgot the password of my CVS account since I haven't used the account
for about one year and the mails in that time were lost unfortunately.

Having searched in php.net and did not found whom I can contact to reset
the password, I have no choice but to post here to ask for help. Could
any manager reset the password and sent the new one to me?

My CVS account's username is "wudicgi". The email address and pgp key on
the info page of my pear account (http://pear.php.net/user/wudicgi) can
confirm the connection between the cvs account and me.
