just hide their bugs.
I wrote simple patch that allows set
disable_error_suppression=On in
php.ini that causes engine to ignore '@' operators.
While at first it seems like a good thing - I often see (even commercial)
scripts not initializing vars before use or not checking for zero divisors.
At the end one needs this to prevent information/path disclosure or even
honestly deal with maybe-go-wrong things.
So better go ahead and educate mis-use(r)s.
