Compiling your own PHP extensions?

Hi All,

I was wondering how and where I would go to find a C programmer who could
incorporate this library as a module in php?

I have written most of these functions in php itself but need more speed
out of the functions.

So if anyone can direct me to the place where there would be proficient
people who could do this that would be great. :)
