Hi - I always assumed that it was intentional that the test results were
sent to qa@lists.php.net (and I have a mail filter set up to deal with
them).

After some discussion on IRC it appears that they should be going to
qa-reports@lists.php.net This would be much better as they currently
tend to drown and discussion on qa@lists.php.net.

I think fixing this is a one line change to
qaweb/buildtest-process.php, I'm happy to make that if there is
agreement. Please let me know if it isn't as simple as this.

As somebody said on IRC, too: Please also change run-tests.php for
advising people to use that list for sending in reports, too. (Whereas
general test-related discussion stuff should go to qa@)
