Any queries through PDO_ODBC that return Unicode data will have an end of
string character midway through the string.
Wez created this patch to fix the problem but has not been able to get it
into CVS because I seem to always ask him at the wrong time.
Could someone take a look at this and apply the patch? I've been using a
branched version with this patch for two years and would love to upgrade to
the latest version.
