I spend some time this morning adding some more items to the upgrading
guide:

Unfortunately I got no feedback to my request for comments of what to
add to the upgrading guide. Aside from the blog posts by Derick and Mike
all additional points have been derived from looking at the NEWS file.
BTW: The NEWS file in 5.2 CVS is missing all PHP 5.1.x releases since
5.1.4. Not sure if this is problematic.
