This release is intended to address a series of security issues that
cannot wait for PHP 5.2.0, aside from security fixes there are
virtually no other changes in this release compared to 5.1.4. Please
give this version a try to see if everything is still working
properly. If all is well, final will be released within a week.

It seems I forgot to use a CVS with a hacked up CVS/Repository, which
means Zend/ needs to be tagged separately :/
