PHP 5.1.3, IIS & FastCGI

Hi,
It seems I can not get PHP 5.1.3 & FastCGI to work. Had 5.1.3RC2 working with FastCGI. Was this a planned break, and
requires some different means of getting it working? Or should I go file a bug report?

What exactly doesn't work?
