Hi all,
on behalf of James Cox I'm posting to this list (tried php-dev before):
Sorry if beeing quite unspecific but I have an application that runs
perfectly well on RC3 but shows funny errors on RC4.
The app is using MySql (4.12), the msession extension updated for
4.3.2-dev and the Smarty template system (v 2.5).
The machine is running an upgraded SuSE 7.3 Linux with GCC 2.95.3
I'm getting errors about a undefined member function giving line numbers
with nothing more than an LF. I'm suspiciuos this is a serializer bug in
combination with msession.
Hopefully someone could look deeper into this issue until the final
version hits the net. I'm surely willing to assist in debugging, but my
knowledge of PHP internals is limited. I will contact the author of
msession directly to point him towards this possible issue.
Please reply directly if needed, I'm not on the 'internals' list.
Cheers
Michael
A serializer bug was already fixed in CVS just after,
so try the latest stable CVS snapshot.
