Jani, ok, fd patch is out, and there are no critical bugs in the bug db
other than the vague #20190 which I think is actually fixed. Unless
someone else can reproduce that bug at this point let's roll the final
4.3.2RC and get this thing out the door so we can get the fd-patch back in
and move on.

Bug #14877 is still open, FDF does still not work on win32 so
delivering php_fdf.dll with windows distribution will not make much
sense (I tested with snaps from yesterday).

ext/fdf is not really any mainstream extension that a lot of
people rely upon. So bug #14877 is not considered critical nor
showstopper.

That's not what I was asking for. But IMHO it makes not much sense to
distribute an extension which is simply not working - even if it's not
an important one. My suggestion is to remove fdf from the windows
binaries distribution of 4.3.2.
