Here's a patch for PTS support in proc_open, instead of having PHP_CAN_DO_PTS always
disabled this patch introduces --enable-pty option.
Added support for BSD4 PTS types.

Would be cool if we could automagically detect support during
configure time, but due to the lack of any kind of positive feedback
to my last efforts, I won't be the person doing it.

Sascha pretty well explained why adding such automagic is not
possible. But maybe if there is some small test prog to try with
AC_TRY_RUN(), I can always add that. (but I lack the knowledge on how
to write such prog..)
