Hi,

Thank you very much Pierre and Michael.

I will get going with PECL.
The problem I am facing is that the PI API is a C++ framework.
And, it is under constant updation. So, if I manually write the
wrapper functions, there will be a huge problem in maintaining
it.

I was wondering if there is a could be a way in which I could
load these libraries and just expose the interface in php.
(something like the ImageMagic library).

Is that possible?

Although my experiences with pecl are very limited (still reading up
