php_hostconnect and PHP_API

Hi!

I'm porting libssh2 extension to windows. It doesn't want link until I
define php_hostconnect as PHP_API in main/php_network.h.

And I want ask: why php_hostconnect doesn't defined as PHP_API (php
4.3.10) ?

I mean "PHPAPI".
