SMTP on lists.php.net is down and when I commit files to CVS I'm
getting the following:63981 LOGINFO php-mirrors@lists.php.net jacques phpweb usage.php,1.64,1.65
63982 Mailing the commit email to php-mirrors@lists.php.net
connect 216.92.131.4:25 failed at /repository/CVSROOT/loginfo.pl line 274.
I shut down CVS until this is fixed to prevent unchecked code getting
into the repository.
