New VM architecture

Hey,

I have barely received feedback about the new VM architecture so I'm
planning to apply the new way of doing it on Friday. I personally prefer
the auto-generation over the macro based way, mainly as it should be easier
to debug.

I played with it a bit, but not enough to see if this is going to break
Xdebug again ;-) I think I did not see any things related to
zend_use_old_vm or like that... but then again I didn't really look
hard. Will check it out today.
