Hi!
Before adding a cookie for users to override their accept-language
settings, I am asking here, if anybody has any objections. The
accept-language was up for discussion at php-mirrors but no negative
comments have been sent and therefore I assumed it is OK.
But Derick pointed out, that "not everybody is subscribed to
php-mirrors", therefore it seems it has no point to have that mailing
list for such discussions. It seems the internals list is for everything
internal....
So please send any objections now, if you think this would not be good,
or you have a better idea... I'll add the feature at the end of the day,
if there are no objections (many devs are pressing me to this direction).
