Add form feed as a whitespace character in trim, ltrim and rtrim

The RFC of this proposal is opened, see PHP: rfc:trim_form_feedhttps://wiki.php.net/rfc/trim_form_feed

Now, since we are already discussing this in this thread, I think we can directly move the RFC to the 'Under Discussion' status. I will open the vote 2 days later if no new issue is raised.

Now, since we are already discussing this in this thread, I think we can directly move the RFC to the 'Under Discussion' status. I will open the vote 2 days later if no new issue is raised.

All RFCs, including minor changes such as this, must have at least 14
days of discussion period as per the RFC policy^1. Please be mindful
that most of us are in a holiday period, so please leave more time for
a sufficient discussion period.
