Wiki account authorization request (dkulyk)

My name is Dmytro Kulyk, and I have just registered an account on the PHP
Wiki.

My username is dkulyk.

I would like to request edit authorization. I plan to propose several RFCs
along with related implementations concerning data serialization
improvements in PHP.
