Hi internals,
I just merged the last deprecation from the 8.4 deprecations RFC, and so
https://wiki.php.net/rfc/deprecations_php_8_4 is officially done. As I
moved it from the "Pending Implementation / Landing" section of the main
RFC page, I noticed that there are a few RFCs that
- are not waiting for 9.0
- were not just recently approved and are actively being worked on
Specifically
- https://wiki.php.net/rfc/apxs-loadmodule was accepted in 2012
- https://wiki.php.net/rfc/datetime_and_daylight_saving_time was accepted
in 2011
Is anyone still working on these? If they hadn't already been voted on, I
would probably move them to the "inactive" section of the RFC page, but
since they were approved, are they just going to sit around?

Sort of, as part of new date time work.
