Yet another patch for ZE.

This one fixes rather strange problem - ZE allows multiple declarations of the same class constant.
It could be a minor BC break, but I'm sure it's a bug.

I don't have karma for ZE and I don't need it at all, really.
I just want my patches to be overlooked and accepted by some more experienced person (is it's possible).
