Hi!
The PHP 7.4 feature freeze starts tonight (July 22nd) at 23:59 UTC.
After this time, no new features might be added to the PHP-7.4 branch.
7.4.0beta1 will be cut tomorrow (around July 23rd, 09:00 BST).
