Thanks for the ping! This looks like an important bug fix, and since it
will be in PHP 7.2.19, it should also be in 7.3.6.

I wonder, though, whether it is safe to have it without an RC, or
whether 7.3.6RC1 should be re-tagged. Thoughts?
