Hello Internals,
I seem to be unable to access my wiki account (colinodell /
colinodell@php.net). My credentials are not being accepted and the
password reset functionality does not recognize my username. I am
therefore unable to manage my RFCs or draft a new one. (My credentials
aren't working on bugs.php.net either, but I haven't done anything there in
a while so I'm not too concerned about not having access to that.)
Any thoughts on how to resolve this? If this list is not the correct place
to seek support then I'd appreciate if somebody could point me in the right
direction :)
Thanks!

Since you have a php.net account, the password reset page is at
https://master.php.net/forgot.php (which I hope works).
As for asking for help when one of the websites appears broken, the first
port of call is generally php-webmaster@lists.php.net but no-one will rip
your arm off for posting to internals instead.
Thanks!

I had almost the same problem just a few minutes ago. Don't know if
this was always the case, but apparently the username is
case-sensitive now (even though the wiki displays it in all lower-case
everywhere), so try to remember how it was initially spelled ...
Cheers,
Andrey.

Both master.php.net and wiki.php.net have had trouble connecting to
the database. Try every once in a while and you'll (probably) get
through eventually.

Alright, I appreciate the guidance! I'll patiently try a few more times,
attempt the other password reset if needed, and reach out to the other list
if all else fails.
Thanks again!
