Hi Internals,

I would like to introduce 3 new functions to ext/curl

- `curl_multi_errno()`
- `curl_share_errno()`
- `curl_share_strerror()`

With those 3 functions added, it will now be possible to get any error that
curl detect on any of the curl resource types and the error message
associated to it.
