page. Please check to make sure that any of your RFCs that are active were

Hi,

Is there a particular reason why this RFC ended up in Declined?

https://wiki.php.net/rfc/normalize_inc_dec

It hasn't even been up for voting yet, so I think it should be impossible
to end up in this state :)

I must have confused it with this one when moving it:
https://wiki.php.net/rfc/alpanumeric_decrement; my apologies. I have moved
yours back to Under Discussion.
