blacklist patch?

Maybe it should be bison_version_exclude="none" so that the error 
message is nicer?

Hi,

I proposed that specify any bison as developer wants.
It seems it is not merged, yet.

Usage:
YACC=/usr/local/bin/mybison ./configure
