Bug #63126: DISABLE_AUTHENTICATOR ignores array
Bug #63149: Feature missing with system SQLite
Bug #63171: Script hangs after max_execution_time (odbc)
Bug #63172: Script hangs after max_execution_time (tzset)
Bug #63235: buffer overflow in use of SQLGetDiagRec
Bug #63236: Executable permission on various source files

Most (except max-execution_time issues) are quite trivial.
