I have already seen in some post that there are some discussion on IRC.
Someone can say me the irc server and the channel ?
Or there is no official IRC channel ?

It's probably worth noting that ##php is much more a help channel than
a general discussion channel, although that's not to say that we don't
drift towards discussion at times.
