We have a fair number of fixes inside the 5.2 branch and I think now
is a good time to start getting ready for the next release. This e-
mail is a 1 week notice to RC1, so please get your fixes in. The aim
is to have RC1 next week thursday and if all goes well a final release
by the end of August.
